  • Acclaimed Institutional Research Expertise.  Leading sell-side analyst with extensive experience covering Engineering & Construction industry.  Previous experience with Aerospace, Metals & Mining, Retail and Consumer Products. Multiple award winner, Institutional Investor "Home-Run Hitter" (3x), Wall Street Journal's "Best on the Street" (5X), Forbes/Starmine "Best Brokerage Analyst" (7X). Founder and host of largest investor conference for E&C sector.  

  • Experienced Manager.  Built and led award winning research department (18 senior analysts/18 associates and support) covering over 300 stocks, member of ECM senior management committee and capital commitment committee for over 24 years. Previous member of Board of Directors.

Valuation Letter/Report

Provided a valuation analysis for a non-public company subsidiary.  Utilized multiple valuation methods to provide a valuation report and letter for use by management and board of directors.  This project was fast tracked to meet customer requirements. 

SPAC Conversion

Supported a Special Purpose Acquisition Company in the purchase of an operating business and transition to a public operating company.  Provided investor education, banker selection, investor relations strategy and related consulting services.
